"Structural Engineer selection is highly critical to the success of the entire project; to save a small percentage, perhaps 1% or less of project cost, is not worthwhile, considering the potential risks."

First site visit & meeting

The best way for us to start to assess your proposals is a brief telephone conversation followed by a first site visit.

  • It gives you a chance to explain your proposed project us.
  • It enables us to discuss the scope of works with you so that we can give you some initial advice on project feasibility, consider any constraints and offer some fresh ideas.

The initial site visit will take 1-2 hours where we will consider

  • Can it be built?
  • How will it be built and what are the options?
  • How much will it cost?
  • How long will it take?
  • What's the next step in moving the project forward?

An appointment letter along with our fee quote will be sent to you immediately after this first visit.
