The Challenge

The overarching sentiment of the client’s brief was that the new building take on a significant architectural presence on the streetscape and to have, in their own words, “a jewel-like quality”.

The SOLID Approach

The Siew-Sngiem Clock Tower & Sukum Navapan Gate are constructed with Clipsham limestone expressed in coursed rubble walling and rusticated ashlar with traditional detailing.
